Most importantly, please treat our home with the same respect as you do your own (or maybe your favorite Aunt's home!) Please don’t rearrange our furniture, don’t eat in the bedroom, and do your best to clean up messes that will just get worse with time (spills, stains, dirty dish piles, etc). Please be mindful of our energy resources! When possible, turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. Our neighborhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking and vaping is not allowed. Pets are welcome at our home in accordance with our policies- you will receive a separate pet agreement and fee information if you are bringing a pet. No parties or unregistered guests are allowed. We have exterior cameras and noise monitoring systems to help us keep our neighbors safe and happy. Because we care about your safety and that of our community, we require guest screening & verification prior to every stay. By booking with us, you agree to give SafelyStay, Inc. permission to verify your identity and check criminal databases in order to confirm your reservation. This is NOT a credit check and your personal information will never be shared.
